About this event
One of 4 upcoming events at Holocaust Museum Houston, and 717 across Houston.
We are pleased to announce the opening of Selling the Myth: Nazi Propaganda – Selections from the Philipson Warech Jewish Heritage Collection, debuting in the Josef and Edith Mincberg Gallery on Saturday, October 3! Curated by Holocaust Museum Houston, this original exhibition explores how anti-Jewish propaganda permeated every corner of daily life from state power and public media to educational materials and domestic goods. Crucially, the exhibition also highlights the heroic efforts of individuals and organizations who risked everything to counter Nazi falsehoods through grassroots organizing and truth-telling. These powerful artifacts from the Philipson Warech Jewish Heritage Collection offer compelling new stories and insights for our community.
