Join the Hoosic River Watershed Association (HooRWA) for our Annual Meeting and Nature Walk on Saturday, April 25 from 10-11am. In celebration of our 40th anniversary HooRWA will hold our meeting outside at Linear Park (Water Street side). After a brief meeting, updating our constituents on our 2025 activities, we will all walk the lovely Linear Link Trail that HooRWA helped to put in. Our plan is to walk the length of the nature trail, crossing under Rt 2 and completing our walk at the confluence of the Green River and Hoosic River. Folks who do not wish to walk the length can exit the riverside trail before we walk the extension which starts at the culvert under Rt 2. Heavy rain reschedules event to Sunday, April 26 at 1pm.
HooRWA is a citizens’ group that looks after the Hoosic River.
