Accordions Anonymous

Accordions Anonymous invites squeezebox players and enthusiasts of all kinds, all levels, and all musical persuasions to join in an hour of showcasing our works-in-progress, improving playing technique, learning through short workshops, sharing our renditions of the tune of the month, and playing in the communal "accordion orchestra." Future meetings may showcase guest performers. We aim to increase appreciation of this family of instruments through greater awareness and understanding. Our meetings also provide a space for current and future players to meet and exchange ideas. Bring your own piano accordion, button accordion, concertina, bandoneon, or any other related instrument. Those lacking a squeezebox are welcome to come try one out. There will be a varied selection of sheet music to browse through for those looking to expand their repertoire.
