Healing Paws Chakra Flow

This unique class invites participants to restore harmony and balance through the ancient practice of chakra alignment. Guided by soothing sound therapy, the healing properties of essential oils, breathwork, and yoga poses, attendees will experience deep relaxation and energetic renewal—all while surrounded by the calming presence of shelter animals. The session nurtures the mind, body, and spirit, and ends with a visit from some animal guests. The class is 60 minutes long Up to 30 participants in each class. Click for more info
