Polish violinist Karolina Mikołajczyk and accordionist Iwo Jedynecki bring the atmosphere of a European café to Cold Spring Harbor in a program showcasing the remarkable possibilities of violin and accordion. Winners of major international honors and performers in 32 countries across five continents, the duo has earned acclaim for its virtuosity, imagination and extraordinary musical partnership. Recognized by artists including Krzysztof Penderecki and Maxim Vengerov, Karolina and Iwo received Poland’s prestigious 2024 Polityka Passport Prize for classical music.
