Step into a world of shimmering sound as The Flutissimo! Flute Quartet welcomes autumn. Joined by guest pianist Aglaia Savalas Messina, flutists Claudia Beeby, Jennifer Haley, Leslie Strait, and Jerene Weitman present a delightful afternoon of light classics and favorite gems of the flute ensemble repertoire. In addition to selections performed on traditional C flutes, the silvery brightness of the piccolo and the velvet tones of the alto and bass flutes add the depth of the entire flute family to the program.
