The Recorder Society of Long Island is a group of recorder enthusiasts that meets on the second Saturday of the month to play music under the direction of an experienced coach. We welcome players of all levels from novice to advanced to join the fun of making music together. Our 12/13/25 meeting will be led by our Music Director, Rachel Begley. Rachel Begley performs as a soloist and with ensembles across North America, and has been hailed for her virtuosic and sensitive playing on both recorders and historical bassoons. She will be presenting a selection of seasonal music for our enjoyment.
