Colorado Association of Recreational Athletics (CARA) promotes the development of athletics and encourages the standardization of rules and classifications in games and competition. CARA holds local, regional, and state competitions in youth athletics throughout the state. Get ready to bump, set, spike with Hyland Hills! This program is for all levels of play but this recreational program is also great for players that are new to the sport or have little experience and want to work on their skills. Practices are held during the week at HHSC and games are held on Saturdays throughout the Denver Metro Area.
