Join your neighbors at Hyland Hills’ Community Yard Sale on Saturday, April 18 from 8am-Noon in the West Parking Lot of Clear Creek Valley Park (Tennyson side). This is a great opportunity to do some spring cleaning: clear out your closets, garage, or storage spaces – someone else’s treasure is waiting in your home! Sellers must sign up online or call 303-428-7488. Each lot is 17’x18′; you must provide your own tables, chairs, clothing racks, etc. and you keep 100% of your sales. Easy, drive-up unloading starts at 6:30am and sellers must stay for the duration of the event. Arrival, unloading, and parking information will be sent at least one week prior to the event. Please note this is not a craft or food market; you can sell household items, clothing, furniture, books, electronics, toys and more. Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made by either party due to unforeseen circumstances with minimum 7 days’ notice prior to the event date.
