This ongoing program will be offered from Sunday, Nov. 1, to Sunday, Nov. 30. Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays to Sundays. The name LEGO comes from a Danish phrase that means play well. Visit Hidden Oaks Nature Center to play well and challenge yourself to create your own nature-themed LEGO brick builds. Need help getting inspired? Take a short observational hike around Hidden Oaks Preserve to get your creative ideas flowing. Still drawing a blank? No worries! Well have photos and prompt cards to get you building. After you have completed your build, stop by the front desk to share a picture or description of your nature creation and receive a small prize. Standard and larger size LEGO bricks will be provided (and must be returned).
