Engaging Support Group for those with Dementia and Care Partner Memory Cafe offers creative, social and educational activities centered around music, storytelling and art - all designed to spark memories and connection. These sessions help: Strengthen relationships Encourage meaningful conversations Boost social connection and joy Art supplies and snacks are provided.
