Adult Gymnastics Class at Active Athletics

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text margin_bottom="0" css=" "]With access to a full gymnastics gym in Littleton, Colorado, athletes at the Sunday class are able to expand upon the i99 core curriculum, allowing them to work on skills that they may not get to train in a traditional functional fitness gym. Active’s huge array of trampolines, foam pits, spring floors, rings, bars, and soft matting allow for a great environment to learn skills that they may not ever get to work on otherwise. If you want to learn muscle-ups, handstands, basic tumbling, or even backflips, this is the class for you! This class is a big departure from the structure of our Seminars and is a great way to get introduced to what we do for the first time or to continue refining your technique after attending other i99 training. In a word, this class is FUN! Please note that you MUST register in advance for this class, as space is limited. Join us for the best adult gymnastics environment in Colorado! Class Location: Active Athletics, 8175 S Grant Way, Littleton CO Time: 6:30-8:00 pm Sunday nights[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
