Helping Expectant Mothers Build Skills, Confidence, and Support On Saturday, August 29th from 10:00am – 3:00pm, join the Idaho Falls Public Library and Eastern Idaho Public Health for “Reach Out, Stay Strong, Essentials,” a workshop for expectant mothers. This free workshop will be held in Meeting Room #1 and will help expectant mothers transition to motherhood. There will be free gift bags, and a chance to win prizes for Mom and Baby.
