Cave Tasting Experience

Go behind the scenes where the magic happens at our Winery & Vineyard in Peru, Illinois. Step inside our working winery caves—built into the hillside—where your favorite August Hill & ISC wines are crafted and aged. Enjoy a guided wine journey with a small group (up to 20 guests, approximately 45 minutes), featuring six hand-selected wines and a signature tasting glass to take home. Along the way, enjoy a featured pairing of our Augie’s Blackberry wine with a chocolate bite. Tickets are $30 per person; $20 for Insider Wine Club members (limit 2 discounted tickets per day). Reserve a Spot: Cave Tastings are offered seasonally on Saturdays and Sundays at 12 pm, 2 pm, and 4 pm. Space is limited, so we recommend reserving in advance. Click here to reserve your spot. Stay for Wine on the Hill: Make a day of it! Join us for Wine on the Hill before or after your tasting, depending on your time slot. Open 12–5 pm on Saturdays & Sundays, with live music from 1–4 pm.
