Bowl of ‘Zole Brooklyn

Bowl of ‘Zole Brooklyn Returns: 30+ Chefs, Pozole and 300 Agave Pours. Thirty-plus kitchens. More than 300 pours of agave and regional Mexican spirits. One steaming bowl of pozole after another. On Thursday, October 22, Bowl of ‘Zole returns to Brooklyn’s Industry City for a four-hour deep dive into classic Mexican cuisine and cultura líquida—and for anyone in the food, beverage, or hospitality business, it’s a rare chance to taste where Mexican dining in New York is heading next. This isn’t a generic tasting event. The 2026 lineup stacks James Beard Foundation nominees, Michelin-recognized restaurants, and StarChefs Rising Stars winners alongside independent neighborhood kitchens from across the five boroughs. That mix—celebrated names and under-the-radar operators under one roof—is exactly what makes grassroots festivals like this a working scouting trip for operators, buyers, and beverage directors.
