This is a one day in person seminar from 10am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break. Level up your service skills in sake! This one day sake training certification course will teach you all the ins and outs of proper service and sales for sake in your your restaurant or retail shop. There is no prerequisite and this course is open to anyone wishing to get training in professional service of sake. The course consists of four modules. 1) Introduction to sake & Brewery Tour 2) sake sales techniques 3) sake service and presentation 4) sake menus and pairing After the one day training course in completed, you’ll have to option to complete an online course review and online exam within two weeks time. Upon successful completion of the review and exam, you’ll receive the Sake Studies Center “Sake Server Certification” diploma. As a graduate of our professional Sake Server Certification, you’ll also have ongoing access to our free online sake community for the sake industry. Ask questions, and stay in touch with your fellow sake students and industry leaders.
