Quince Festival

3rd Annual Quince Festival at Bauman's on Oak Join us for an afternoon devoted to one extraordinary fruit! Sip quince ciders from guest producers, taste fresh fruit and juice, watch cooking demos, and meet the farmers, cider makers, bakers, and artists who work with quince. Take home fresh local quince, try your hand at screen printing, and snack on small bites from our culinary participants. Our very own Chef Sarah brings the flavors of her childhood to the table. Her love of quince goes back to her grandfather's orchard in Buffalo, New York, and her grandmother's quince and apple jam, and it came full circle years later while cooking in New York City. Taste that story in her Membrillo Manchego Drumstick with quince paste and syrup, whipped Manchego, hazelnut, and sea salt. Tickets include a branded Quince Fest tasting glass, cider tastings, and culinary sample bites. Dress up in your favorite shade of quince and bring your curiosity!
