This interactive event blends chef-guided cooking, rich ghee flavors, and thoughtfully paired wines into a memorable experience. The evening begins with a hors d’oeuvres-style welcome, followed by a four-course plated tasting and dessert, all paired with five wines selected to complement and elevate each dish. Throughout the night, Farnosh will showcase four distinct ghee styles and cooking methods, demonstrating live how each preparation transforms flavor, texture and aroma.
