Inwood Art Works presents Jorge A. Valdes: A Retrospective September 11-24, 2026 Inwood Art Works Studio 112 Seaman Ave. Opening Reception: Friday, September 11 from 6-9pm. Jorge A. Valdes: A Retrospective celebrates the life and work of the late Cuban-American artist, whose vibrant creations transformed mosaic, collage, ceramics and found objects into richly imaginative works of art. Spanning more than two decades, the exhibition reflects Valdes’s distinctive use of color, texture and repurposed materials, as well as the humor, and Caribbean spirit that shaped his artistic vision. The opening reception will also serve as a joyful celebration of his life and creative legacy.
