Charcuterie Tray at Fireside Winery

Enjoy an evening of creativity as you craft your own handmade ceramic charcuterie tray, perfect for the holiday season serving cheeses, fruits, crackers, and your favorite wine pairings. In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn basic hand building techniques using clay slabs to create a functional serving tray. Personalize your piece with textures, patterns, or decorative details to match your style. No clay experience is necessary; ICCGS instructors will guide you through every step of the process. After the workshop, your tray will be returned to Iowa Ceramics Center for firing and glazing where they will professionally finish your piece before it is ready for pickup 3 weeks later.
