Practice of Gratitude

Overview Take a moment to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore the transformative practice of gratitude. In this meditation workshop, we’ll explore how gratitude can shift our awareness, cultivate greater presence, and help us recognize the beauty that already exists in our lives. Through guided meditation, reflection, and simple mindfulness practices, you’ll have an opportunity to experience gratitude beyond simply thinking about what you’re thankful for. Come as you are, and leave with practical tools you can bring into your everyday life to create more presence, appreciation, and inner peace.
