From Jamaica Plain Historical Society

Hidden Jamaica Plain will present their research on a remarkable multi-generational story of a single free Black family whose history spanned three centuries and intertwined with the history of Jamaica Plain. As well as the Indigenous and Black communities of neighboring West Roxbury, Canton, Dedham, Milton and Boston. This information was put together by members of Hidden Jamaica Plain over the course of years of research. More details to come. This event is free and open to the public. This will be a hybrid program. Please attend in person at the First Church if you are able - light refreshments will be served. A Zoom link will be added if you prefer to attend using that option.
