Take time out of your busy schedule to practice Mindful Yoga. Janet Muti, Yoga Instructor Our Mindful Yoga practice consists of gentle stretching and strengthening exercises done slowly with awareness of breath as we move from pose to pose. All levels welcome; modifications and variations will be offered. Bring yoga blocks and straps to use with modifications. This series is virtual only. Members: $84/7-week series Non-Members: $120/7-week series
