Inspired by the strength and resilience of Jenkins’ majestic trees, this class blends elements of narrative therapy, somatic practices, and forest bathing to nurture wellness and a deeper connection to the natural world. All materials provided, including notebooks, pencils, and an herbal tea tasting. Class will be held outdoors with indoor or covered options available for inclement weather.
