This class, conducted by a School Psychologist and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Certified Special Education Teacher, introduces young children to feelings, movement, and mindfulness through playful activities, songs, storytelling, and simple yoga poses. It helps learners build early emotional awareness, follow routines, practice turn- taking, and learn calming tools in a warm, supportive environment.
