Join us for a hands-on Snow Skin Mooncake Workshop and get creative while exploring the art and culture of modern Asian pastry! You’ll learn how to make these soft, chewy, no-bake mooncakes from scratch—including how to prepare the snow skin, add delicious fillings, shape them, and use traditional molds to create your own treats. Come ready to make, create, and enjoy!
