Celtic, Maritime & Americana. Charlie Zahm is one of the most popular soloists at Celtic music festivals, Maritime, and American Traditional music events anywhere east of the Mississippi. Opening for Charlie at 3:30 pm, will be The Harford Highlanders Pipe Band, which is based in Bel Air, Harford County, Maryland. Bring a chair, a blanket, a picnic and enjoy an evening of great music.
