JET SET: A Three Month Scavenger Hunt

Three months. Three tiny missions. The Ancient World is closer than you think. From September through November, we’re sending you out into the world with one new mission each month, inspired by the places, traditions, and cultures behind the wines we love. Complete the mission, take a photo, and show us at Jet. That’s it! OCTOBER • PROCESS MADE THE OLD WAY Some technology has been working just fine for a few thousand years. Find something made using an old-school technique that is still used today. Take a photo and tell us what the technique is. Examples: fermented, pickled, cured, aged, woven, stone-ground, wood-fired, hand-thrown, sun-dried, naturally leavened. Want to show off your adventure? Tag @jetwinebar. Totally optional! New missions arrive in November, and you can catch up on any mission through November 30. Each monthly mission you complete earns one entry into our grand-prize drawing. Complete all three and you’ll earn a bonus entry. Wine Club members receive one automatic entry, too. That means up to five entries total. One lucky Jet Setter will win two tickets to our December Wine Tasting! Go somewhere. Notice something. Drink something. Repeat.
