Illinois Ave, Dallas, TX 75211 Starts at 2:00 pm (Central time) Say Manosinh, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend, died on October 23, 2026 in Dallas, Texas, at the age of 83. Say was born March 18, 1943, in Laos, to Bounme and Ma Manosinh. He grew up in Laos and served with the Royal Lao Army during the Vietnam War before immigrating to the United States. On December 1, 1970, Say married Thoun Kinhom. Together, they built a life and made their home in Dallas, Texas. Say spent 38 years with the O-K Paper Company as a Paper Machine operator before retiring in 2009. Outside of work, Say was known for his loud and joyous voice. He enjoyed playing pool and cards games, watching football, eating Church’s fried chicken and ribs that his granddaughter, Zoey, dubbed, “Grandpa’s Ribs.” Say was also active member of United States National Reserve Corps. Above all, Say cherished his family. He is survived by his wife Thoun; his children Sisamay Manosinh, Somchay Hemsouvanh, Oy Horton, and Pavina Paul Manosinh; grandchildren, Zoey Manosinh, Oday Litthimane, Dante and Jonathon Hemsouvanh, Elliana and Kyle Horton, Judy Medlin, and Stephen Priphasouk; great-grandchildren, Carter, Liam, Livia, Leah, Raelynn, and Oakley. Visitation and gathering will be held at Jeter & Son Funeral Home from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Friday, November 6, 2026, with a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
