Effective Nonprofit Leadership Workshop An executive’s leadership skills can make or break their career as well as the success and sustainability of their organization. True leadership, and the culture it brings, is what paves the way to maximize performance and growth for both the organization and the individual. On December 17th, the Leadership Academy for Nonprofit Organizations will host and facilitate a discussion at the JFK Hyannis Museum focusing on the critical skills required for leadership excellence. Topics will include: Communication Strategic planning Critical thinking Leading change Creating an innovative environment Delegating Decision-making Motivating others Negotiating Refreshments will be provided.
