JR.” Based on the beloved and award-winning 1970s animated television series, “Schoolhouse Rock Live! JR.” combines catchy music, humor and learning with iconic songs such as “Conjunction Junction” and “Just a Bill.” This fast-paced one-hour musical features 20 young performers from schools across Sheboygan County and beyond. The story follows Tom, a young schoolteacher who is nervous about his first day in the classroom. Hoping to relax, he turns on the television, only to have a colorful cast of characters representing different facets of his personality emerge from the TV set. Through imagination, music and plenty of energy, they show Tom how to connect with his students and make learning fun. Tickets are available at tyasheboygan.org or at the theater immediately prior to each performance.
