Sunday Yoga Start your morning with a Yoga flow & meditation class. Intended to nurture your physical and mental well-being, yoga at Juneberry Ridge offers an ideal setting for practicing vinyasa yoga.   About our yoga practice Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a novice exploring the world of yoga, this session is suitable for individuals of all levels. Karla Aldridge provides personalized guidance to help you confidently explore body movement while also improving and expanding your practice.  We’ll provide matts, blocks, blankets and a peaceful setting. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and you may like to bring a bottle of water to help you stay hydrated. Meet your instructor Karla Aldridge has deep roots in nurturing individuals on their path to holistic well-being. She began her career as a nurse educator and today Karla integrates medical expertise with yoga wisdom to help students explore gentle movement, relaxation techniques, and breath work. Her training in health, body, and movement helps her craft a yoga practice that’s beneficial for all levels and ages. At Juneberry Ridge she’s exploring how yoga and mindfulness can empower guests to connect with their inner nature to embrace wellness and leave every class feeling rejuvenated. Stay for brunch Following yoga, we invite you to linger a little longer and join us for our signature Sunday Brunch. Brunch is offered as a separate experience and a brunch ticket is required to stay and dine with us. We recommend purchasing your brunch ticket in advance, as space is limited and brunch is not included with the yoga class.
