The Kirk Newman Art School will host a day-long outdoor event honoring the disciplines of photography and printmaking from 10am–3pm. Celebrate the 19th-century cameraless photographic printing process of cyanotype in honor of World Cyanotype Day or experience how vibrant, large-scale prints from relief carvings are produced using an asphalt roller. Join us to witness all the fun, enjoy onsite demos, or sign up for an art making experience. The printmaking is free to watch for spectators. For more information and to enroll in the related workshops, visit the links below: Printmaking for Advanced Community Printmakers Fall Hand Colored Cyanotype Workshop
