Carolina Beach Christmas Parade

The Carolina Beach Christmas Parade is a beloved annual holiday tradition that brings residents and visitors together to celebrate the season with an evening of festive floats, marching bands, community groups, decorated vehicles, and holiday entertainment. Held along Lake Park Boulevard in the heart of Carolina Beach, the parade showcases the creativity and holiday spirit of local businesses, civic organizations, schools, nonprofits, and community members. The family-friendly event draws thousands of spectators each year who line the parade route to enjoy one of the region’s most anticipated holiday celebrations. The parade typically features an array of brightly decorated entries, including floats, marching bands, emergency vehicles, scout troops, pageant participants, classic cars, and other community organizations. Spectators can expect festive music, holiday-themed displays, and plenty of seasonal cheer as the procession makes its way through town. The event concludes with a special appearance by Santa Claus, who traditionally serves as the parade’s grand finale and helps usher in the holiday season. As part of Carolina Beach’s broader Island of Lights holiday festivities, the Christmas Parade helps kick off a season filled with community events, holiday decorations, and coastal traditions.
