Sunday, August 23, 2026 | 10:00am – 2:00pm | $116 ($145 for non-members) | Register for Painting in a Limited Color Palette Workshop This four-hour workshop taught by Dan Simoneau, juror of the Acrylic International 3rd Biennial Juried Exhibition, and award winning acrylic painter from Wisconsin begins with a demonstration and discussion of the artist’s process, exploring how a photographic reference is translated into a dynamic painting using a limited acrylic palette. This workshop is limited in size so all students will receive individual instruction working within the constraints of a few colors. Light breakfast and lunch refreshments will be provided. Students are expected to bring their own brushes and a photograph (of any subject) to work from–all other supplies will be provided. Recommended for intermediate level artists who are familiar with the tools and techniques of acrylic painting.
