The Harkenbacks are an Appalachian-urban folk band from the San Francisco Bay Area, featuring a family-based lineup of Corry-Jo Harkenback (vocals/tenor), brothers Paul and Jeremiah Harkenback (high/low harmony vocals), and percussionist/guitarist Howlin’ Ray Wilcox. The band plays a blend of traditional and contemporary folk, bluegrass, and honky-tonk with instruments like fiddle, guitar, mandolin, upright bass, and harmonica.
