About this event

On Daisy

One of 189 upcoming events at Kent Public Library, and 2,814 across the Hudson Valley.

From Kent Public Library

Yoga for Kids Join Yoga instructor, Natalie Rapini for a fun and engaging 60-minute yoga class designed just for children in grades K–4! Through playful poses, balance activities, grounding exercises, and breath work, children will learn simple tools to help calm and regulate their bodies and minds. Along the way, we’ll build confidence, practice teamwork, and discover the importance of listening to our bodies—knowing when to challenge ourselves and when it’s time to slow down. No yoga experience necessary—just come ready to move, breathe, have fun, and be yourself!
