In partnership with OhioHealth Fitness Center Program runs weekly, Tuesdays at 5:30PM Focused on range of motion and ease of movement, this class combines traditional stretching with yoga to increase flexibility and mobility, strengthen the core and improve posture and balance. Click HERE to register. Please note: This is a weekly-offered class and not a series. Slots for each class will open up for enrollment the week prior.
