We’ll then head into the Restore Room for a guided flow from 8:40–9:30 PM, designed to help you move, unwind, and settle into a relaxed, present state. After the flow, you’re welcome to stay from 9:30–10:30 PM for snacks, social time, and space to integrate your experience with the community.
