Armenian Music Video Awards

The Armenian Music Video Awards 2026 will bring leading Armenian performers from Armenia and the United States to the Peacock Theater for an evening devoted to Armenian music, achievement, and cultural expression. The Armenian Music Video Awards aims to celebrate musical excellence and honor musicians whose work spans the breadth of Armenia’s traditional and tradition-rooted musical arts. The event is dedicated to fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of unique Armenian musical forms. Honorees and performers will include creators of some of the most watched and widely loved Armenian music videos of recent years, respected masters representing earlier generations, emerging talents, and artists whose careers have made exceptional contributions to Armenian song. Featuring Saro Tovmasyan, Artur Arakelyan, Sargis Yeghiazaryan, Suzanna Melkonyan, Arame, Anna Tovmasyan, Nare Gevorgyan, Arkadi Dumikyan, Hakob Hakobyan, Armen Hovhannisyan, Andre, Iveta Mukuchyan, Martin Mkrtchyan, Tatev Asatryan, Arman Hovhannisyan, Armenchik and others. By bringing established artists and new voices into one program, the ceremony will highlight the continuity of Armenian music across generations and artistic styles. The evening’s performances are shaped by Armenian cultural memory, regional traditions, shared historical experience, and the close relationship between Armenian words and music - a relationship that gives Armenian song a distinctive means of carrying history, emotion, and memory from one generation to the next. Presented through a contemporary stage production, the program will demonstrate how Armenian musical heritage continues to inspire new creative work and remain meaningful to audiences today. The Armenian Music Video Awards 2026 will offer audiences a distinctly Armenian cultural experience while honoring the artists who preserve, develop, and carry Armenian song forward.
