This 10-week fitness, weight loss, and behavior change program is led by experts from the Fitness Institute of Texas. Designed to help you boost your fitness, lose body fat, and build sustainable health habits, Get FIT offers engaging workouts in the refreshing outdoor setting of the Robb Family Pavilion at the Wildflower Center. Each session is a balanced mix of cardiovascular and resistance training, designed for adults of any age and fitness level who want to sweat, move and feel good. Registration includes: 2 in-person classes per week at the Wildflower Center: Tuesdays and Thursdays, Feb. 10 – April 23, 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. Access to the Fit to Eat Program Pre and Post DXA Body Composition Assessment Space is limited and registration through the University of Texas Fitness Institute of Texas is required. These classes are held outside. If the temperature is under 40 degrees, class will be canceled.
