Need help with a device, app, or basic technology task? Stop by during our drop-in technology help hours—no appointment necessary! Drop-In Hours: Tuesdays, 10–11 AM Wednesdays, 6–7 PM Thursdays, 10–11 AM Staff can provide basic assistance with device usage, library apps, and other technology questions. Help is provided on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to staff availability. Please note: This service is not a replacement for device support or repair services such as Geek Squad. Staff are not certified to troubleshoot or repair devices.
