Three years ago, Coco Watson first stepped onto the Latha stage. This August, she's back for one night only — a five-course dinner inspired by her Carolina roots, followed by a live set built around the stories behind her upcoming album, Sanctuary. Chef Digby Stridiron curates the menu around Gullah Geechee foodways, with optional wine and cocktail pairings. After dinner, Coco shares the songs and stories that shaped Sanctuary, revisits a few Latha favorites, and debuts new music.
