Lights of Hope: A LifeSource Gathering for Donor Families – Minneapolis, MN

Thank you for understanding. Join us for a special gathering to remember, honor and celebrate your loved one and the incredible gift they gave through donation. Gather with donor families to share stories and memories of your loved ones, finding hope and light as we enter the winter and holiday season. Saturday, December 5, 2026 – Minneapolis, MN (This event is limited to 100 attendees) Mingling and refreshments at 5:30 PM Event begins at 6:00 PM LifeSource (Get Directions) 2225 West River Road North Minneapolis, MN 55411 This event will include: • Memorial photo slideshow • Time to create a tribute tag to adorn our Donor Family Tribute Tree • Decorating keepsake luminary bags • Memory lane sharing session • Candle-lighting ceremony Hot cocoa, coffee and cookies will be provided. Event will last approximately 90 minutes. LifeSource will proudly be displaying a Donor Family Tribute Tree at our Minneapolis office this winter. During this Lights of Hope event, your family will have the opportunity to create a personalized tag with a tribute or special message for your loved one to be placed on the tribute tree. All supplies will be provided. If you would like to bring a 4×6 inch or smaller photo to accompany your tribute tag, please do so. Be sure to bring a copy of a cherished photo as your photo will remain on the tribute tree and not be returned. If you’re unable to attend one of our events, but would like to make a tribute tag for your loved one to be placed on the Donor Family Tribute Tree, please mail your finished tribute tag to: LifeSource Attn: LifeSource Donor Family Advocates 2225 West River Road North Minneapolis, MN 55411 Please note: Your tribute tag and attached photo (if included) will not be returned. If you do include a photo on your tribute tag, please make sure it’s a photocopy. Also on display at the event will be the LifeSource Donor Family Quilt.
