Vineyard Vinyasa. with Karin Krick of Peace of Portland. Held just after the August 12 New Moon, this class is about beginning again with purpose. Guests are invited to move, breathe, and set personal intentions while grounding into the beauty of the vineyard and the possibility of a new cycle. An optional mimosa + mantra to end class is included.
