Sound Bath with Busy Body Retreats Join Anna Romo of Busy Body Retreats for an immersive outdoor sound bath meditation at the Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool, a hidden gem in Lincoln Park. Surrounded by water, trees, and the gentle sounds of nature, you’ll be guided through a short meditation followed by the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments. No experience is needed, this is a space for you to simply enjoy the hidden oasis in a unique and special way. This special session marks the beginning of our 2026 Wellness Series at the Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool, generously sponsored by Mullen Circle Brand. The Lily Pool will be closed to the public until 9:30am, creating an exclusive and private environment for ticket holders of this experience.
