Join award-winning Champlain Valley cheesemakers for a guided terroir tasting, featuring multiple pairings of sumptuous wines, distinctive cheeses, and luscious cured meats. Hear makers candidly discuss how the sunlight, seasons, and soil influence the way their creations taste. Learn more about Vermont land, animals, and food systems, and what makes this way of life like nowhere else in this curated event hosted by Lincoln Peak Vineyard and featuring Monti Verdi Salumi, Blue Ledge Farm, Bridport Creamery, and Champlain Valley Creamery. The tasting includes three courses and lots of discussion, hosted on Lincoln Peak’s covered porch overlooking the vineyard. Each course features one wine and one meat carefully paired with three cheeses from each creamery.
