Each workshop ticket includes: A beginners guide to sourdough A jar of sourdough starter 1.5- 2 hours of interactive hands-on learning A mixing bowl & mixing spoon to keep Dough (you make in class) to take home and bake A complimentary pour from Little House Brewing Company Sourdough bread & pastries to nibble on while learning What you will learn: How to maintain a sourdough starter The basics of making your first loaf Proofing, scoring & shaping techniques Inclusions & discard Ongoing support after the workshop What is a couples/partner ticket? A partner ticket includes everything above plus an extra drink ticket and treats so a partner can join you. A partner ticket means you get 1 sourdough kit and will make 1 dough together. Sourdough Workshop Refund Policy We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while respecting the time and resources involved in preparing for our workshops. Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the workshop will receive full credit toward a future class. No Refund or Credit for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
