Bog & Thunder welcomes Chef Kevin Burke of Library Street to ALEO for two nights only. After opening Library Street in Dublin in 2021, Kevin quickly earned one of the city’s most sought-after reservations. His cooking is thoughtful, ingredient-driven, and quietly inventive. Expect a menu designed for sharing, with dishes that invite conversation as much as they showcase technique. Join us on August 21 & 22 as Kevin takes over the ALEO kitchen for an intimate dinner experience.
