From Long Island Museum

@ Welcome the Winter Solstice with a deeply restorative evening of sound healing in LIM’s Carriage Museum. Release what no longer serves you, quiet your mind, and reconnect with your inner light as you set intentions for the year ahead, surrounded by our historic carriages. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, and chimes with practitioner Toni Ann Nazimek from Hot Yoga Works Setauket. Please bring a blanket and yoga mat to relax on. Dress warmly as the Carriage Museum is kept cool to help preserve our vehicles. REGISTRATION Registration is required and is through Hot Yoga Works Setauket. Members: $30 (use promo code WINTER5 at checkout) Non-members: $35
